Do you need that perfect sweet ending for your favorite holiday meal or party? Just in time for the holidays, Houston’s favorite sweet spot, Dessert Gallery Bakery & Cafe, is proud to offer a dazzling array of seasonal themed desserts to fit your personal or corporate party.
All three Houston area locations offer Dessert Gallery’s signature Holiday Cookie Trays, Bars & Bites Cookie Tray Extravaganza, Fanci-Pants Cupcake Collections, seasonal Pumpkin White Chocolate Cheesecake and miniature Pumpkin Pie Bites and their PIEce de Resistance pies including a Nutcracker Pecan Pie and the Southern Belle Chess Pie. Also offered on their menu is the Way Out Cut-Out Holiday Shortbread, Cranberry Shortbread, Pecan Pie Bites, Raspberry Bars, Gingerpeople treats, Ricotta Cheese Puffs and an assortment of non-alcoholic Mousse or Icing Shots.
Need hot, freshly baked goods? Save time and stress! With Dessert Gallery’s hot cookies, cold milk campaign, Santa himself can enjoy a warm treat on his delivery route! Give the gift of perfectly packaged “Indulge” Cookie Tins, Bar Cookie Gift Boxes, or Holiday Shortbread, Gingerperson or Assorted Chunk Cookies Stocking Stuffers.
“From Thanksgiving to Hanukkah, Christmas and everything in between, Dessert Gallery treats will allow you to end the holiday soiree with sweet success,” says Dessert Diva Sara Brook. “With so many customizable options, we can help our customers present color, holiday or corporate branding themed desserts with real taste.”
Dessert Gallery was the first in Houston to offer completely customized cookies starting with its Way-Out Cut-Out Cookies with airbrush designs, and then with Gourmet Graphics™, which allowed customers’ photos or logos to be “printed” onto iced cookies. Brook’s newest offering is Cookie Canvas™, a process that allows customers to create a design on their own on-line Cookie Canvas™ and which can then be printed on Dessert Gallery’s divine shortbread cookies (minimum 2 dozen cookies and 3 days’ notice required).
Not to be missed on their regular menu, look for a selection of filled cupcakes – Triple Chocolate, milk chocolate cake with white chocolate filling and dark chocolate ganache; Lemon Cream, lemon cake with lemon filling and lemon buttercream frosting; Raspberry White Chocolate, yellow cake with white chocolate cream filling and raspberry buttercream icing; Coconut y Cajeta, coconut cake with Mexican caramel filling, vanilla frosting and toasted coconut. Brownies get a category all their own with the addition of four new flavors including Cream Cheese Brownies, Chocolate Decadence Bars, and the Not-Quite-Baked Walnut Brownie and Tres Leches.
Being sweet has never been easier with so many options from Dessert Gallery! Guests can enjoy their menu in one of three Houston area locations, packed up to go, or delivered right to their home or office. Dessert Gallery offers shipping of your favorite cakes and cookies to friends and family across the country.
Alongside Dessert Gallery’s own works of art, unique gift items from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center’s Children’s Art Project will now be offered for sale. These pieces – note cards, holiday cards, coffee mugs, etc. – feature original artwork created by pediatric patients from the Children’s Cancer Hospital at M.D. Anderson. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of these products fund programs like summer camps, college scholarships, ski trips, in-hospital classrooms, child life workers and other activities for young cancer patients. Dessert Gallery encourages customers to purchase a piece from the Children’s Art Project along with a selection of sweets which can be packaged together to make a one-of-a-kind gift for friends and business associates.
Dessert Gallery is located at 3600 Kirby Dr (77098), 713.522.9999 and 1616 Post Oak Blvd. (77056), 713.622.0007.
