Please be advised that all custom order changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 7 business days prior to the order due date.

Custom orders are not confirmed until we receive payment in full.

Please note the following:

1. We define “Business Days” as Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

2. “Order Due Date” is the day you expect to receive your order.

3. There is a minimum quantity of one dozen for Custom Cookie Orders, with a maximum of 1 design for every 6 cookies. (ie, If you order 12 cookies, you can get up to 2 different designs; if you order 24 cookies, you can get up to 4 designs, etc.)

4. We need at least 7 Business Days lead time to create your Custom Order. Lead time is calculated once artwork is approved and the order is paid in full.

5. Changes must be made at least 5 Business Days prior to the Order Due Date.

6. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days business days prior to your Order Due Date.

*Photo & Logo cake and cookie images are printed with food color, and it is not possible to match exact colors using this process. Color may vary slightly from original artwork. Some colors are especially difficult - maroon has a tendency to turn purple, gold may appear yellow, and some colors may fade.
