How to Earn Points
- Customers automatically earn points on cafe purchases and same-day online purchases if they are enrolled in the program
- In order for a customer to receive points for their purchase on www.dessertgallery.com, they will need to contact customersvc@dessertgallery.com and give them their name and order number, and let them know that they want their Shopify purchase to be added to their Toast Sweet Rewards account. This is not done automatically. It will only be done on request, and it can take up to 1 week for the Shopify purchases to be added to Toast and to be available for redemption.
How To Redeem Points
- As always...Sweet Rewards can be redeemed in-store and on Toast POS online.
- Points from www.dessertgallery.com purchases will not be available for redemption until the customer has emailed Customer Service and given them up to 1 week to adjust their Sweet Rewards account.
