I ordered my cake in person and when I came back to pick it up the next day they had no record of it and they then gave me a stale cake.

I asked the recipient how the cake was and they said it was full of fruit and was really sweet! My take is they like a less sweet carrot cake. I didn’t get to taste it.

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered from a business establishment.

Your receipt does not provide a business email or customer experience ratings. I spent close to $40.00 just to be disrespected from one of your employees, telling me with sarcasm, “I wasn’t talking to you when I messed up the order “. Receipt # 2-6979, time: 2:26 PM

I bought a Tiramisu for my daughter's birthday yesterday. Hands down she loved it , fresh tasting very satisfied. Chose the best for her liking which was worth every red cent. Thanks Dessert Gallery.

Honestly this particular time service was very slow. No one at asked if I needed help. The customer ordering a cake was taking a long time, but it was this customer that told the worker to go ahead and help us.
